We hope your Mother's Day was special! We had a great time, but we are taking a few days off to recover, like we do every year at this time. We will reopen on Friday, May 17, with clean windows and refinished floors! See you then!
I'm filling in the dates for our "science cafe" lectures and seances. I'm waiting on several interesting speakers for the unscheduled slots, so stay tuned. Here's what I have so far:
Seances---second and fourth Fridays, 6:30pm, $50/person includes dinner and psychic reading
Lectures---Dinner at 6, Lecture at 7:00 (set menu to complement the lecture topic).
May 17 Lecture Dinner, "Graphene"
May 24, Seance
May 31, "Joan of Arc"
June 7, "Atlantis"
June 21, "Killer Asteroids"
Daughters Cafe is located on the corner of First and Bell Streets in the Downtown Truckee River District of Reno, Nevada. We opened our doors on June 7, 2007 and have loved (nearly!) every minute of sharing our food with our guests.
Tuesday through Sunday, 9 a.m. until 2 p.m., Dinner Friday.
